Privacy policy

This policy explains the limited information used by the GrantAPT company website and the additional information a future private beta may process. GrantAPT does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Company website

The website does not include an account, analytics tracker, advertising tracker, or server-backed contact form. The beta inquiry form prepares an email on your device. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process ordinary request information needed to deliver it securely, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and security signals.

Theme preference

If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores that preference in your browser. The value remains on your device and is not sent to GrantAPT.

Email

If you email GrantAPT, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your question, discuss beta availability, or address a support, privacy, security, or accessibility request. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment information, or sensitive documents.

Future private beta

An invited private beta may process account and organization details, documents an authorized user uploads, organization profiles, funding research, application drafts, feedback, support messages, and limited service or security records. Beta participants will receive applicable terms and privacy information before access.

AI-assisted features

A future AI-assisted feature will run only after an authorized user starts it. Information needed for that request may be sent to the configured AI service provider. Generated suggestions remain drafts and require human review.

Retention and choices

Email correspondence is kept as reasonably needed to respond, protect the service, and maintain appropriate business records. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion through Support. We may need to confirm identity and authority before completing a request.

Security and changes

GrantAPT uses safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can promise complete security. We may update this policy as the website or private beta changes. The date above will be revised when we do.
